Heidi has been Head of Pre-Prep since 2010. Her aim is to make sure each child is happy and confident, and that all learning opportunities are tailored to their needs, embracing outdoor learning and working with our community. As a music specialist, she ensures that there are many creative opportunities for children to develop their music as well as other performing arts during their time in Pre-Prep. Heidi has also introduced the Hemisphere Handwriting Programme to the Pre-Prep and helped to introduce the Inspire (Singapore-based) Maths programme into the school. In her spare time, she is mother to three boys, enjoys running, and is leader of the Wessex String Orchestra, the Sherborne Community orchestra and sings with the Sherborne Chamber Choir.
