The children have loved being back in the forest and noticing how light it is with no leaves. We are beginning to see new life as daffodils and snowdrops poke their way through the golden-brown covering of leaves underfoot.
Thank goodness for our wet weather gear as it was a very muddy experience!
The children made dens to shelter in whilst they listened to the forest sounds around them.
