Alfie displayed a selection of colourful items he found in the woods and some of the girls made flower crowns with the help of Miss Pollard from the spring flowers they found.
Den building is always such a lot of fun too!
Forest School is such an opportunity for our children to embrace the world around them amongst the beauty and vibrancy of the changes of the seasons.
Passion is lifted from the earth itself by the muddy hands of the young; it travels along grass-stained sleeves to the heart. If we are going to save environmentalism and the environment, we must also save an endangered indicator species: the child in nature.
