In the magnificent setting of The Gransden Hall at Sherborne Girls, a musical sensation wowed our senses as we performed our Last Night of the Proms Concert.
Last Night of the Proms was a huge success. It was fantastic to see so many Old Preppers joining our orchestra along with colleagues and parents from the Prep, Sherborne School and Sherborne Girls and including Director of Music, Yvonne Fawbert's personal friends - some from the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra - who all gave their time freely to play in the concert.
The Chamber Choir sang superbly well and Jordan Berry brought many a tear to the eye with his amazing performance of Nessun Dorma. The audience made it all extra special. What a fantastic experience for our young musicians.
