Hidden Heroes - Life Behind the Scenes.

For the next few weeks we'll be sharing a short video of a different member of staff to showcase the depth and diversity of their backgrounds, interesting facts and favourite moments. Plus, what led them to teach at the Prep!

Our brilliant Housemaster, Dan Chiappa-Patching!

Having spent his formative years at Marlborough College and teaching at Timbertop in Australia (Geelong Grammar’s outward bounds campus), Dan taught Secondary P.E. and later headed the department at Dubai International Academy Secondary School. Whilst in Dubai, he also qualified to be part of the UAE National Rugby Team where he travelled and played semi-professional rugby and competed in the World Cup Rugby 7s tournament in 2009. He then took a break in teaching to open a coffee shop in Cardiff before returning to education as Housemaster and Head of Boys' Games at Sherborne Prep.
