For the next few weeks, we'll be sharing a short video of a different member of staff to showcase the depth and diversity of their backgrounds, interesting facts and favourite moments. Plus, what led them to teach at the Prep and what they love the most!
Here is the brilliant Tom Briggs, our year 1 teacher!
Tom completed a degree in Modern History from the University of St Andrews and worked briefly in politics before training at Bath in Primary Education. He was a class teacher in the state sector in London before taking up a post as KS2 Leader at Airthrie Prep in Cheltenham. He has two young daughters at SPS and his wife, Jessica, is Deputy Head (Pastoral) at Sherborne Girls.
