For the next few weeks, we'll be sharing a short video of a different member of staff to showcase the depth and diversity of their backgrounds, interesting facts and favourite moments. Plus, what led them to teach at the Prep and what they love the most!
Here is the brilliant Martin Stepney, Head of Maths!
Martin has been teaching for 13 years, within the state sector and independent sector, after completing his degree from The University of Plymouth. Prior to a career in education, Martin has worked for some very exciting companies including Apple, Toyota and The Royal Bank of Scotland. During a strong career in education, he has led a number of curriculum subjects, as well as being a member of a senior leadership team in a HMC 3-18 independent school. Martin brings vast experience of delivering co-curricular activities, playing a number of teams sports, and a background in music and acting.
